Welcome to Moon Harbor Extended…

About Moon Harbor Extended…

Moon Harbor Heroes and the Icynewyear Presents Network are proud to present Moon Harbor Extended, a continuation of the Masks: A New Generation Actual Play Moon Harbor Heroes. Moon Harbor Extended tells the stories of characters outside of Faces and Cataclysm Crew and takes us from the center of the earth to the far depths of space.

There are two primary lines in this extended universe comic series. The first is a cosmic line focusing on a SABRE-sponsored space-exploration unit as they try to save the world from utter destruction, GMed by Anthony Sheets. The second is an unnamed earthbound team of all queer characters, played by all LGBTQIA+ players, who navigate Moon Harbor’s more underground secrets, including the renaissance-themed society of rat people living in the sewers.

Masks: A New Generation was written by Brendan Conway for Magpie Games. Moon Harbor Extended is produced and edited by Anthony Sheets and T.P. Huth.

Our Comic Lines

Cosmic

In Cosmic, a group of teens is sponsored by SABRE to go on an exploration and goodwill mission… in space. Serving as SABRE representatives, the team encounters intergalactic threats to both Earth and the universe at large, not realizing the greatest threats are right under their very noses. Featuring the Harbinger Portaali, the Delinquent Jet, the Transformed Stardust, and (in a new playbook written by Gil) the Hivemind Mason, the Cosmic team tells massively dangerous and exciting stories of space travel and the mysteries of the final frontier.

Days Errant Team

In Days Errant, four young heroes find themselves exploring Moon Harbor’s more underground secrets: What lurks in the sewers? What skulks in the darkest corners of the mall? What’s hidden under the bay? While they solve these mysteries, they also wrestle with their own identities and relationships to one another and the world as a whole. This team, consisting of Voila (the Nova), Velveteen (the Joined), Solar Flare (the Outsider), and Dr. Aka (the Brain), is written by an entirely queer team and features all LGBTQIA+ characters.
